Ingredients

red pepper

broccoli
bite sized pieces

flank steak
1/2

ginger
grated
Stir Fry Sauce
1/2
cup
beef broth
1
tbsp
soy sauce
2-2 1/2
tsp
cornstarch
Instructions
Cook flank steak as desired, then remove from heat and slice.
Add oil to pan and heat over medium high heat.
Add broccoli, onion, red pepper and ginger to pan and cover. Fry, stirring occasionally, until desired tenderness is reached.
Meanwhile, prepare stir fry sauce by combining the ingredients.
Add stir fry sauce to pan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
