French Toast

Instructions
  1. Cut the challah loaf into 1 inch thick slices.
  2. Whisk together the remaining ingredients until it is light and frothy.
  3. Soak the bread slices in the batter for 30 seconds on each side.
  4. Over medium-low heat cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom side looks dry along the edges.
  5. Flip and cook other side for 1-2 minutes.
  6. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
Recipe Notes

Keep cooked pieces warm in the oven set to 200 deg F
