Ingredients
Marinade
- 3 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- pinch pepper
Fish
- 1 salmon filet or salmon steaks

Instructions
Marinading
- Mix ingredients together in large bowl.
- Place fish in large zip lock bag and add marinade.
- Place fish in fridge to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Cooking
- Heat BBQ to medium heat.
- Cook for 2 min face down and then 4 min on other side on oiled tin foil.
