Beef and Broccoli Stir Fry

Based on Mrs. Clark’s stir fry recipe.  Can add other vegetables or substitute beef for chicken or shrimp.

Serve over rice or noodles.

Stir Fry Sauce

Instructions
  1. Cook flank steak as desired, then remove from heat and slice.
  2. Add oil to pan and heat over medium high heat.
  3. Add broccoli, onion, red pepper and ginger to pan and cover. Fry, stirring occasionally, until desired tenderness is reached.
  4. Meanwhile, prepare stir fry sauce by combining the ingredients.
  5. Add stir fry sauce to pan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
