Based on Mrs. Clark’s stir fry recipe. Can add other vegetables or substitute beef for chicken or shrimp.
Serve over rice or noodles.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion sliced
- 1/2 red pepper diced
- 1 bunch broccoli bite sized pieces
- 1/2 pound flank steak
- 1/2 tsp ginger grated
Stir Fry Sauce
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2-2 1/2 tsp cornstarch

Instructions
- Cook flank steak as desired, then remove from heat and slice.
- Add oil to pan and heat over medium high heat.
- Add broccoli, onion, red pepper and ginger to pan and cover. Fry, stirring occasionally, until desired tenderness is reached.
- Meanwhile, prepare stir fry sauce by combining the ingredients.
- Add stir fry sauce to pan and heat over medium heat for 5 minutes.
