Ingredients
- 1 loaf challah bread
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk whole
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon ground
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg ground

Instructions
- Cut the challah loaf into 1 inch thick slices.
- Whisk together the remaining ingredients until it is light and frothy.
- Soak the bread slices in the batter for 30 seconds on each side.
- Over medium-low heat cook for 2-3 minutes or until the bottom side looks dry along the edges.
- Flip and cook other side for 1-2 minutes.
- Serve with butter and maple syrup.

Keep cooked pieces warm in the oven set to 200 deg F
